Contact the editorial desk.

Corrections, evidence submissions, methodology questions, and editorial enquiries. Each kind of message has a different desk pass. Use the right channel to speed up the response.

Where to send your message

Four channels for four kinds of message.

Send your message through the channel that matches its kind. Each channel has its own desk pass and its own response time.

A

Corrections

Found a fact that is wrong or out of date? Send a single-line correction with the page URL and the line that needs review. Corrections are reviewed within 24 hours.

B

Evidence submissions

Have case notes from your own experience with a fantasy platform? Send the notes with the date and the platform. Submissions are logged on the same evidence card as the desk's own research.

C

Methodology questions

Curious about how a particular read was produced? Send the page URL and the section you are asking about. Methodology questions are answered within 48 hours.

D

Editorial enquiries

Press, partnership, or speaking enquiries. Editorial enquiries are answered within five business days.

What we do not answer

Three kinds of message we route elsewhere.

Three kinds of message arrive frequently. We route them to the right channel rather than answer them ourselves.

  • Account support — your account, your verification, your withdrawal. Use the platform's official customer-care channel; we do not have access to your account.
  • Legal advice — your jurisdiction, your eligibility. Use a local legal professional or your jurisdiction's consumer protection authority.
  • Picks requests — "who should I pick for tonight's match". The desk publishes captain scenarios, not single tipped outcomes.

What to include

How to write a message that gets answered.

Five items in a single message turn slow answers into fast ones. Most of our turnaround time goes into follow-up clarification.

1

Page URL

The URL of the page your message refers to. Without it, we cannot route the message to the right desk pass.

2

Section reference

The section or line of the read your message refers to. Quote the line if possible.

3

Date

The date your message refers to. Most answers depend on the date of the original read.

4

Channel

Which of the four channels (corrections / evidence / methodology / editorial) your message belongs to.

Reader FAQ

Questions on contacting the desk.

How fast do corrections get reviewed?
Corrections are reviewed within 24 hours. Where the correction changes a published fact, the page is updated within the same window.
Will my evidence submission be published?
Where the evidence is specific enough to be verified, it is logged on the desk's evidence card. We do not publish reader names without permission.
Do you answer picks requests?
No. The desk publishes captain scenarios, not single tipped outcomes.
Editorial notice. Come Sports Picks is a research publication, not a contest operator, broker, or betting exchange. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or financial advice. Fantasy cricket involves paid entry fees and the risk of loss; readers should be 18+ and play within their means. Read the responsible-play guide and your local regulations before participating.
Reach the desk

Best ways to contact the editorial desk

Editorial corrections, story tips, and content suggestions go through our contact form. For press, syndication, or partnership enquiries use the dedicated address listed on this page. We do not accept paid placements or sponsored editorial coverage — any such request will be politely declined.

If your question is about a specific fantasy app — including Come — please include the URL of the relevant page so the desk can respond with the right context. We aim to reply to reader mail within five working days.

Response times

What to expect when you write in

The editorial desk aims to reply to reader mail within five working days for content-related questions, and within ten working days for press and partnership enquiries. We do not run a 24-hour customer-care operation — that is the operator's job, not ours.

If your question is about a specific fantasy app — including Come — please include the URL of the relevant page so the desk can respond with the right context. Reader mail is read by the same analysts who write the desk's published reads; we do not use offshore support staff or automated responders.

Where a reader question reveals a real gap in our published coverage — for example a captain scenario we did not model, or a state-law restriction we did not cover — the desk will publish an updated or new read addressing it, and reply with a link.

What we will not do

Limits of what the desk can help with

The desk cannot resolve disputes with fantasy operators, process refunds, speed up KYC, or recover lost credentials. Those are operator responsibilities and we will route you back to the operator's published channels if you write in with that kind of request. The desk also cannot verify your personal contest entry or tell you whether a specific promotional offer is real; both of those are questions for the operator, not for an editorial publication.

If a reader asks a question the desk cannot answer, we will say so directly rather than guess. That is the operating rule across every piece of reader mail — clear, sourced, and never fabricated.
