Preparation
Withdraw any remaining balance, back up necessary records, and resolve any active contests.
Treat the four desk passes as a checklist. Complete them in order before submitting the deletion request.
Withdraw any remaining balance, back up necessary records, and resolve any active contests.
Submit the deletion request through the official customer-care channel.
Retain the confirmation email and the case number in your offline records.
Verify the data removal has taken effect on the published timeline.
Three steps to complete before submitting the deletion request. Each prevents a stranded balance or a lost record.

Most platforms allow self-service deletion through the app's settings. Where self-service is blocked, the request goes through customer care. In either case, the request is logged against a case number.
Once the deletion request has been processed, retain the confirmation email and the case number in offline storage. The confirmation is your evidence that the request was processed; the case number is your anchor for any follow-up.

After the published deletion SLA expires, run three verification checks to confirm the deletion has taken effect.
Attempt to log in with the closed credentials. A confirmed deletion will refuse the login and route to a "no such account" message.
Confirm the platform's marketing email list has removed your address. Use the unsubscribe link in the most recent marketing email.
Where the platform supports a data-access request under local privacy law, submit one. The response should show no remaining account data.
Document each check in your case file. If any check fails, escalate through the platform's customer-care channel with the case file attached.
If you reached the guide after a frustrating account experience, the responsible-play guide is a calm place to step back and reset.
Pass one: confirm whether you want to close the account or just withdraw funds and stop logging in. Many apps let you self-exclude without permanent closure. Pass two: confirm any pending withdrawals or contest entries have settled. Pass three: follow the operator's published account-closure route — usually an in-app settings option or an email to the published support address.
This desk does not process account closures on behalf of readers. We walk you through the operator's published route and verify the steps against Come's own help documentation.
